Christian Egan is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with more than 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. His background spans residential treatment, in-home family support, parent coaching, and program leadership, giving him a unique perspective on helping clients navigate complex emotional and relational challenges.
Christian specializes in supporting individuals and families facing depression, anxiety, behavioral struggles, attachment needs, trauma, loss, and adoption-related concerns. He also has extensive experience with Autism spectrum and LGBTQ-affirming care. His approach integrates evidence-based methods, relationship-focused insight, and practical tools to strengthen connection, resolve conflict, and foster healing.
He earned his Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and his Bachelor’s in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from Brigham Young University. He is also a certified facilitator through the Arbinger Institute, where he deepened his focus on mindset and relational change.
Fluent in Spanish, Christian brings a culturally attuned and inclusive approach to his work. Beyond the therapy room, he finds joy in family life with his wife and three teenage sons, playing basketball, curating playlists, and diving into movies or board games. Whether on the court, around the table, or in conversation, Christian is known for his warmth, humor, and genuine care for others.
