Elin believes that healing is accelerated through compassionate connection. She strives to create a safe environment that allows her clients the space to increase their inner peace and to develop the skills to empower themselves to achieve this same peace on their own.

She has experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, family conflict, substance abuse, disordered eating, self-harm, faith transitions, grief and loss, among other interests. At the heart of Elin’s work is a belief in collaboration and self-trust. She partners with clients to uncover their own path toward healing, wholeness, and growth.

Elin holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. She is trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy. and is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor. Her professional background spans residential treatment, aftercare services, and education—experiences that have shaped her deep respect for the resilience and complexity of each person’s healing journey.

Outside of the therapy room, Elin enjoys gardening, practicing yoga, and spending time in Utah’s beautiful outdoors.
