Heather Lund Draughan is a seasoned therapist who believes that healing and lasting change are possible, even during life’s most difficult seasons. With more than 23 years of clinical experience, she helps children, teens, and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Heather strives to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.

Heather earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is trained in EMDR therapy. Throughout her career, she has served as a Clinical Director and has supervised and mentored numerous therapists, experiences that have deepened her clinical expertise and commitment to quality care. Heather specializes in trauma and PTSD, child therapy, and women’s issues, helping clients process difficult experiences, reduce anxiety, and develop healthier ways of coping. Her integrative approach draws from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, DBT, CBT, and other evidence-based practices to create treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique strengths and goals.

Heather is passionate about helping clients rediscover a sense of safety, confidence, and connection in their lives. Whether she is supporting a child through emotional challenges, helping an adult heal from trauma, or guiding someone through a major life transition, she brings compassion, experience, and a steady presence to the therapeutic process.
