Hillary believes that everyone deserves to live a balanced life with relief from debilitating mental health issues. As a therapist, Hillary is direct in her approach and offers congruency, transparency, and humor in sessions with her clients.

Hillary graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has more than a decade of experience working in the mental health field. Hillary has found the most fulfillment and passion in her career working with OCD and other anxiety related disorders.

Clients that work with Hillary can expect to use multiple modalities in sessions, including exposure response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), as well as somatic and mindfulness practices. Hillary is LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally humble and works to create/maintain a safe, comfortable therapeutic alliance with her clients.

When she is not at work, Hillary can be found kayaking, jumping waves in the ocean, playing with her cats, and finding new spots to grab a bite to eat.
