Lindsay Killips, ACMHC
Therapist
Lindsay Killips is a trauma-informed therapist who believes healing happens within safe, supportive relationships. She works with children ages 6 and older, teens, and adults, creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and accepted exactly as they are. Grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique experiences, Lindsay helps clients navigate life’s challenges while building greater self-awareness, resilience, and connection.
Lindsay earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder. She specializes in trauma and PTSD, child therapy, and life transitions, and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her approach integrates EMDR, parts work, psychoeducation, and person-centered therapy while emphasizing the important connection between mind and body. Lindsay works collaboratively with clients to process difficult experiences, better understand themselves, and move toward meaningful healing and growth.
Inspired by Carl Jung’s belief that growth often comes through understanding the parts of ourselves we would rather avoid, Lindsay helps clients approach life’s challenges with compassion and courage. She is committed to walking alongside her clients with hope, helping them create lives that feel more authentic, peaceful, and fulfilling.
