Luis Tirado, MFT
Therapist
Luis Tirado is a Marriage and Family Therapist who believes therapy is a place to be heard, understood, and supported—especially for those feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship conflict. Luis helps clients build healthier patterns, improve communication and relationships, and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.
As a Latino therapist, Luis offers a warm, affirming space where culture, identity, and personal values are honored. He is dedicated to helping clients strengthen both self and community, drawing on their lived experiences as powerful tools for healing and growth.
Luis brings years of clinical and family-support experience to his work. He currently serves as a Primary Therapist at Alpine Academy, working with adolescents and families navigating complex emotional and relational needs and previously worked at Utah Youth Village as a Families First Specialist, supported families from diverse backgrounds through skill-building, communication support, and relationship repair. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies and Communication from Brigham Young University–Idaho and later completed his Master’s degree in Systematic Couple and Family Therapy at Capella University.
Outside of work, Luis enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. He loves playing basketball and finds joy in cooking meals to share with family and friends.
