Rachel Parker is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) who is passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults through the challenges of mental health, identity, and life transitions. She brings warmth, curiosity, and clinical insight to her work, creating a space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered to grow.

Rachel has experience working with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety (including phobias), trauma, self-esteem issues, and adjustment to life changes. Her approach is informed by evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment-based therapy.

Rachel earned her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hellenic American University in Athens, Greece, and holds a BS in Family Life Studies from Utah State University. She has worked extensively with adolescent populations in residential treatment settings, as well as with young adult refugees and immigrants, experience that shapes her culturally attuned and person-centered approach.

Outside of her counseling work, Rachel enjoys creating art, exploring the mountains of Utah, and traveling abroad.
