Ryan Blamires, CSW
Therapist
Ryan Blamires is a compassionate therapist who believes meaningful healing begins when people feel truly understood. He knows that burnout, overwhelm, and feelings of isolation can make it difficult to move forward, and he is passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves and their values. Ryan strives to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences, building self-awareness, and creating lasting change. His approach is collaborative and flexible, with an emphasis on understanding each person's unique story and goals.
Ryan earned his Master of Social Work from the University of Utah and works with preteens, teens, adults, couples, and families. He has particular experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, faith transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, neurodivergent experiences, and the unique challenges faced by first responders. Ryan draws from evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method to help clients develop insight, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful growth.
Clients often describe Ryan as approachable, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. He values feedback throughout the therapeutic process and believes the strongest outcomes come from a genuine partnership between therapist and client. His goal is to help individuals not only overcome challenges, but build lives that feel authentic, connected, and fulfilling.
