Sadie Miller, CSW

Therapist

Sadie Miller is a compassionate therapist who believes that no matter what someone is carrying or how they are feeling, they deserve a space where they feel welcome, supported, and free to show up exactly as they are. She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can set aside the ways they have learned to protect themselves and begin reconnecting with their authentic selves. Sadie believes therapy is most healing when it is rooted in authenticity, connection, and deep empathy, and she considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they explore, grow, and heal.

Sadie has a particular passion for supporting mothers during the perinatal period and beyond as they navigate the profound identity shifts and emotional complexities of motherhood. She also specializes in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and previously worked at The OCD & Anxiety Treatment Center in Utah, where she gained extensive experience helping clients better understand and manage anxiety and OCD-related challenges.

With warmth and curiosity, Sadie helps clients explore how past experiences may be shaping their current thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, they work to make sense of difficult experiences, tend to old emotional wounds, and create new patterns that support lasting growth and healing. She believes that all parts of a person are welcome in therapy and strives to create a space where clients feel seen, empowered, and never alone in their journey.
