Samantha Beach, CSW
Therapist
Samantha is a warm, compassionate therapist who believes deeply in the resilience of the human spirit and the power of self-awareness. She helps clients focus on their strengths, untangle difficult thoughts and emotions, and find greater balance in their lives. Samantha strives to create a nonjudgmental, safe environment that fosters healing, peace, and meaningful growth. She believes that while life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, clients already carry within them the capacity to heal and move forward.
Samantha works with adolescents (12+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, faith crises, life transitions, and everyday stressors. Her approach is creative and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other mindfulness-based practices. Together, she and her clients explore patterns of emotion and behavior in a collaborative, supportive way—helping them better understand themselves and regain clarity and confidence.
If you’ve ever found yourself asking—like Michael Scott famously asks Toby in The Office—“Why are you the way that you are?” Samantha gets it. Questions about emotions and behavior can feel confusing, heavy, or even a little absurd at times. Therapy with Samantha is a place to gently untangle those questions, talk things through, and move toward greater self-compassion, insight, and empowerment—without judgment.
