Stephanie Parsons, LCSW

Therapist, Supervisor

Steph is passionate about empowering humans to be self-healers and building trust with their bodies as rich sources of knowledge to guide this process. She also believes that few things are as powerful medicine as emotionally safe connections, and she prioritizes creating that in the therapeutic relationship. It’s an honor for her to collaboratively explore layers of the soul through relational therapy, parts work and somatic techniques.

Steph is a licensed clinical social worker with a Masters Degree from the University of Chicago and has experience supporting humans in multiple countries, including Canada, Slovakia, and Thailand. Steph spent the beginning years of her career specializing in OCD and anxiety related disorders using ERP and DBT modalities. She also spent significant time working with people suffering with PANS/PANDAS disorders. She is a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) and is licensed in both Utah and Washington.

Steph offers a space of non-judgement, support, and humor while walking through dark spaces alongside clients. Steph especially works well with adults wanting to find the courage to live a life guided from the heart rather than fear. When not at work, Steph can be found spending time connecting with loved ones, enjoying nature, or traveling the world.
