Brandon Campbell, LCSW

Therapist

Brandon Campbell is a therapist who helps teens and adults build lives that are guided by their values rather than limited by fear, anxiety, or self-doubt. He believes meaningful change happens when people learn to respond differently to difficult thoughts and emotions, allowing them to engage more fully in the relationships, goals, and experiences that matter most. Brandon takes a collaborative, practical approach to therapy, helping clients develop skills that create lasting improvements in their quality of life.

Brandon earned his Master of Social Work from the University of Utah and has been practicing since 2022. He specializes in working with individuals experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic attacks, anxiety disorders, and related challenges. His approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Brandon is also an active member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Sciences and the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, reflecting his commitment to continued learning and effective treatment.

Clients appreciate Brandon’s supportive and goal-oriented style. He works alongside each individual to identify what is most meaningful to them and develop practical strategies for moving toward the life they want to create. His goal is to help clients build confidence, increase psychological flexibility, and experience greater freedom from the patterns that have been holding them back.
