Therapy for All Ages in Lehi, Utah

Real support, close to home. Beehive Mental Health makes therapy feel approachable and safe, right here in Lehi.

Why choose Beehive Mental Health?

Finding the right therapist shouldn't feel like another thing on your to-do list. At Beehive, we've built our Lehi office around one idea: care that's easy to access is care that actually works.

  • Easy to start: We offer same-week appointments and a simple intake process. Plus, our team responds fast because the hardest part of therapy is often picking up the phone.

  • Easy to stick with: We provide in-person sessions in Lehi or telehealth from anywhere in Utah. We offer a schedule that works around your life, and therapists who feel like a fit from session one.

  • Easy to feel safe: You can show up exactly as you are instead of feeling judged or pressured.

We're here to help you follow through, feel better, and build something that lasts, one Lehi neighbor at a time.

Our modalities

We use evidence-based approaches, matched to you.

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

Skills-based therapy for managing intense emotions, reducing self-destructive patterns, and building healthier relationships.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

An integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

A practical, goal-oriented approach that identifies unhelpful thought patterns and reshapes the ones driving anxiety or depression.

EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy)

Especially effective for couples and families, EFT examines the emotional bonds beneath conflict and works to repair them.

ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)

A faster-acting trauma treatment that uses eye movements and imagery to help resolve painful memories in fewer sessions.

ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention)

FAQs

How much does therapy typically cost?

We’re in-network with many plans, where you pay your copay. If you’re self-pay, our standard rate is $120 per session. Our rate applies to every location, therapist, and in-person or virtual appointment.

How long do you usually stay in therapy?

This depends entirely on your needs and the reason you’re coming to therapy. It’s a great question to ask your therapist during your first session.

What happens in the first session?

Your first session is about getting to know you: what's bringing you in, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping for. There's no pressure to have it all figured out.

We’re ready when you are. Call Beehive Mental Health now.

You don't have to have it all figured out to reach out. Whether you're dealing with something specific or simply know something needs to change, Beehive Mental Health in Lehi is here to help you take the first step.
