Jason Kowallis, AMFT

Therapist

Jason Kowallis is a therapist driven by a deep desire to help people find connection, authenticity, and emotional freedom. He believes that seeking help is not a sign of giving up, but a courageous step toward hope and healing. Jason understands that many people feel alone in their struggles—even within their closest relationships—and is passionate about helping clients build meaningful bonds that bring strength and fulfillment.

Jason earned his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Touro University Worldwide, and his Bachelor’s in Business Management from Utah Valley University. He has worked in a variety of clinical settings with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, learning as much from his clients as he has from his colleagues. His therapeutic approach centers on emotional connection, perspective, and authenticity—helping clients feel seen, validated, and understood as they navigate grief, trauma, loneliness, and life’s many transitions.

Outside the therapy room, Jason is a proud husband and father of three. His family loves traveling together to the beach or Disneyland, playing video games, and making the most of Halloween and Christmas—his favorite holidays. In his downtime, you might find him painting landscapes, exploring the outdoors, or embracing his geeky side at Renaissance fairs or a lively game of Dungeons & Dragons.
