Melinda Fowlks, LCSW

Therapist

Melinda Fowlks is a compassionate therapist who helps individuals and families break free from the burdens of trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and family conflict so they can build lives that feel more authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling. Melinda creates a warm, honest, and respectful environment where clients feel heard, valued, and encouraged to grow.

Melinda earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Utah and has experience supporting clients across the lifespan, including preteens, teens, adults, and older adults. Her clinical background includes working with substance use disorders, emergency medical trauma, anxiety, depression, religious trauma, divorce, family conflict, and adjustment following significant life events.
