Reagan Ammon, ACMHC
Reagan believes that everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, understood, and supported as they navigate the challenges of life. She takes a warm, person-centered, and collaborative approach to therapy, meeting each client where they are and working alongside them to better understand themselves, build confidence, and create meaningful change.
Reagan has a particular passion for working with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, low self-esteem, and life transitions. She also enjoys working with athletes and performers who are navigating the unique pressures that come with performance, identity, confidence, and striving for excellence. Her approach draws from evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, DBT, CPT, and ERP.
Reagan holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Science in Sport & Human Performance from Adler University. Her clinical experience includes working with anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD, panic, phobias, sports performance, and other concerns across a range of ages and backgrounds.
Outside of the office, Reagan enjoys spending time in the mountains, trying new coffee shops, staying active, and spending time with the people she loves.
