Amy Bowen is a compassionate therapist who believes healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and accepted. She works collaboratively with adolescents and adults to help them navigate life's challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and build resilience. Amy strives to create a warm, supportive environment where clients can safely explore their experiences, strengthen self-awareness, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Amy earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, relationship and family conflict, emotional regulation difficulties, borderline personality disorder, addiction and substance use concerns, and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals. She believes in meeting clients where they are and providing individualized, evidence-based care that supports lasting growth and healing.

Amy believes that therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, authenticity, and hope. She is passionate about empowering clients to better understand themselves, overcome obstacles, and create lives that feel more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.

Outside of the therapy office, Amy enjoys fishing, hunting, spending time with her family, and connecting with nature.
