Casie Lambert, ACMHC
Therapist Intern
Casie Lambert is passionate about working with children and adolescents and helping young people feel understood, supported, and confident as they navigate the challenges of growing up. She brings warmth, empathy, and curiosity into the therapy room and strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where kids and teens can feel comfortable being themselves. Casie also values collaborating with families to help young people strengthen relationships, understand their emotions, and develop healthy coping skills.
Casie has experience working with children, families, and individuals in behavioral health settings and brings that experience into her work as a therapist intern. Her approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. She enjoys helping children and teens build emotional awareness, develop resilience, and learn practical tools they can carry with them beyond the therapy room.
Casie believes that a strong, trusting relationship is at the heart of effective therapy, particularly when working with young people. She is committed to meeting each client where they are and creating a space where children and adolescents feel safe to explore what they are experiencing, discover their strengths, and take meaningful steps toward greater confidence and wellbeing.
