Jennifer “Jen” Court is a compassionate therapist who provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel truly seen, heard, and valued. With over a decade of clinical experience, Jen is passionate about helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, emotional resilience, and self-understanding. She believes healing happens through connection, safety, and practical support, and she works collaboratively with clients to create meaningful and lasting change.

Jen earned her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and brings extensive experience supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, anger, and emotional or behavioral challenges. She also works closely with families navigating parenting stress, ODD, DMDD, and IED. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs and draws from evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Jen has particular experience helping clients heal from PTSD, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and other trauma-related experiences with compassion and care.

Known for her attentiveness and empathy, Jen listens not only to what clients say, but also to the emotions and experiences beneath the surface. Her goal is to create a safe and affirming environment where clients can openly process their experiences, strengthen relationships, and move toward healing and growth..
