Miranda Webb, CSW
Therapist
Miranda is passionate about supporting adults and teens as they navigate difficult experiences, life transitions, and the patterns that can sometimes keep them feeling stuck. She strives to create a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief, faith transitions, substance use, and body image concerns.
Miranda earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Utah, where she also completed an interdisciplinary graduate certificate in Women’s Health. She holds a certificate in Substance Use Disorder Counseling and draws from approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-informed therapeutic interventions. She believes therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in each client’s unique experiences and goals.
Before becoming a therapist, Miranda worked as a Substance Use Disorder counselor and as a manager at the Rape Recovery Center. These experiences deepened her understanding of trauma, recovery, and the many factors that shape a person’s mental health and wellbeing. They also strengthened her commitment to providing compassionate care.
Originally from California, Miranda has loved the wide range of experiences Utah has brought her life. She enjoys running (yes- for fun), biking, and time spent with friends. She is an enthusiastic learner and appreciates a mindful morning accompanied by a coffee and a good book.
